What your eyes and your mind are doing right now is not what they do when you are holding a newspaper. Or listen to the radio. Or watch the TV. This Internet you are staring at has changed us, and so those of us who use it for a living, or who want to, need to know how to write differently. We also need to know a heap of other things about why the Internet has become the electronic megaphone of journalism. This free workshop will help you understand how to adjust your message for an online audience. We are greatly pleased to have a nationally recognized trainer, thanks to the Social for Professional Journalists (SPJ), Puen Vongs. She is an online producer-editor for the Bay Area News Group which produces online content for the Mercury News, Oakland Tribune and Contra Costa Times
