T.I., aka Clifford Harris, the rapper heads to jail AGAIN on November 1.

T.I. also known as Clifford Harris is reportedly preparing mentally to voluntarily surrender to authorities on Monday, November 1, 2010 to start serving his 11 months jail term; he is also reported to be spending so-called quality time with his wife and kids.

Meanwhile, this ChocolateCity.cc has received an unconfirmed reports that he is also expected to host a farewell party on either Saturday or Sunday night in the Atlanta area – this time with family, friends and love ones.

On March 29, 2009, the Grammy-award winning artist was sentenced in Atlanta to one year and one day behind bars on federal gun charges. Two years prior, while still a convicted felon, he was arrested after attempting to purchase thousands of dollars worth of unregistered guns and silencers.

During the 2009 sentencing in which he served only 10 months behind bars, he apologized again for his mistakes and said he would learn from his time in lockup. During that that sentencing he said, "Today I would like to say thank you to some, and apologize to all," he said. He further added "Everything I learned was through trial and error." "I've learned lessons in my life to put in my music so people won't make the same mistakes as I."

It appears that T.I. did not “learn from his time in lockup,” because he is heading back to prison again for violating the terms of his probation. As a condition of his release earlier this year, he was ordered not to commit any federal, state, local crime or possess any illegally substance while on supervised release.

U.S. District Court Judge Charles Pannell Jr. revoked the rapper's probation and ordered him back to prison for 11 months following his arrest last month in California on suspicion of drug possession.

During the hearing, while pleading with the judge for leniency and sobbing uncontrollably, T.I. told the judge, "I screwed up big time, and I'm sorry. I'm truly and sincerely sorry. I don't want and I don't need to use drugs anymore. I want them out of my life."

The apparently upset judge said, “I think Mr. Harris had had about the limit of second chances."
