Soul Savin Productions presents My Wife & Baby Mamma



On Saturday, October 30th, 2010 at 7p.m. Soul Savin Productions will present the live stage play “My Wife & Baby Mamma” by Ms. La Savine Givens at the Kennedy King College, located at 740 W. 63rd St. @ Halsted, Chicago, Illinois.

Soul Savin Productions seeks to use performing arts to entertain by broadening relationships, stimulating compassion, encouraging love, and motivating understanding through stage plays, independent films, and motion pictures. Previous plays that have been performed by Soul Savin Productions are Delilah, Dual Life, I Have Purpose and Mrs.Vs. Mistress, At Risk, Rental Property, Who Can I Tell, Mothers Behind Prison Walls and Money Factor. All of the plays confront issues that impact our lives for positive change.

Soul Savin Productions' founder, producer, director, and writer Ms. La Savine Givens born and raised in Chicago, a former student of Columbia College, Harold Washington College and ETA Theater Company. She has a strong passion for theater, film, music and other arenas of the arts. Her passion for writing began over twelve years ago. That's when she discovered the power of the pen. Telling stories that will resolve and confront issues to bring healing in one's life is the message in La Savine's stories. La Savine seizes every opportunity to allow her story to speak.

My Wife & Baby Mamma, deals with a father who finds himself in a dilemma with his wife and ex-lover as he tries to be a part of his daughter’s life. Meanwhile, an unexpected discovery causes a man to make a heartfelt decision. This play promotes fatherhood and positive roles models in children lives.”
