What I enjoyed the most about this event is that it is a great exercise in intuitive cooking. I can use as many or as few vegetables or proteins as I want, with just about any seasoning (or none). It’s all about order: you pick your ingredients, you decide what goes in first, second, and so forth, and Chef Yowceph Ben Israel will just fry away.
