Unlike previous birthdays, Dwayne Carter, also known as Lil’ Wayne will not be lavishly celebrating his 28th birthday today, September 27.  He will instead be releasing a new album called I am Not a Human Being today on the Internet.  The new album, which is digitally sold, will contain 10 songs. On October 12, the album will be in store. I am Not a Human Being today in store version has 13 tracks.

The Grammy Award-winning artist Wayne is serving one-year sentence at Rikers Island Prison on weapons-possession charge. Rikers Island is New York City's main jail complex.
