Dr. Laura Apologizes for on air Nigger Rant
From my prospective and understanding, the word nigger applies to an ignorant person. Strangely, some are using the word as a different meaning – a friendly greeting. Most of us have hear an African American greet his/her friend as a nigger and never given it a second thought. There are white nigger, Chinese nigger, Mel Gibson nigger, Jonathan Rhys Meyers nigger, and niggers from ever spectrum of the world.
In my opinion, it’s like giving a 5 year-old a remote control and every time she presses #1 on the remote, you jump higher and higher. I don’t foresee that child stopping unless the remote runs out of battery or you decide to stop jumping.
Now back to the Dr. Laura case!
Dr. Laura Schlessinger has posted an apology on her website for using the word nigger 11 time within 5 minutes on her show. During her radio show on Tuesday, an African-American or Black female called complaining that her white husband racist friends were using the word nigger. Dr. Laura Schlessinger immediately let loose an outrageous rant on race in which she discussed President Obama. She told the caller she had a “chip on her shoulder” and used the nigger word nonstop.
Dr. Schlessinger has since apologized for articulating “the 'n' word all the way out — more than one time.” She then went on to try to explain how she is not a racist by telling the caller she recently wanted her black body guard on her team during a basketball game because, “white men can’t jump.”
On President Obama Schlessinger said, “We got a black man as president and we have more complaining about racism than ever. I mean I think that’s hilarious.” She also added, “only 12 percent of the population is black, whites voted him in.”
When the called said that it was the younger, not older whites that cast their vote for President Obama, Dr. Laura told the caller there was nothing she could do about the “chip on her shoulder”. Schlessinger at one point in the conversation told the caller she had, “too much sensitivity and not enough sense of humor.” Schlessinger also suggested that it is not racism that is the issue but rather a demonization of whites; something that she hoped President Obama would end, saying, “I really thought that once we had a black president, the attempt to demonize whites hating blacks would stop, but it seems to have grown, and I don't get it. Yes, I do. It's all about power. I do get it."
She is the producer of The Dr. Laura Show. Although she is neither a medical doctor nor a psychologist, her PhD is in physiology; a degree which has nothing to do with human interpersonal relations. She has about 250 affiliates and an audience of over 11 million listeners.

Radio host Dr. Laura Schlessinger announced on The Larry King show today that she will quit her job when her contract expires at the end of the year.

As a European Caucasian American I am appalled that a African American Blog could use the N- word so freely! This pointing the finger at each other is wrong and maybe some should point it at themselves first!
Rick, I do not understand why you are appalled. Did you read the first paragraph of the post? “I am absolutely no respecter of the word and have choose not to take ownership it (period!)….” This may be an African American blog; however, we do not subscribed to the “groupthink” mindset. We have INDIVIDUAL opinions on issues! Could it be that you subconsciously think that ALL African Americans have the same prospective on every issue? We are much much smarter than that!
As an interracial dating expert, I thought Dr. Laura’s comments were beyond insensitive, not just the N-word rant, but that is it was so misplaced. This was not a conversation about being PC or even racist, it was a woman with a real marital problem that was reaching out for advice, which is really hard for most people and instead of really listening and helping her with her problem Dr. Laura uses Jade to put forth her own agenda. Dr. Laura when it becomes more about ratings than helping people I think its time to hang up your microphone and do something else. People call relationship experts to be heard and for understanding, Dr. Laura offered this woman neither.

Niggers are the best people in the world today. They are smart, tough, artistic, loving, and have wisdom.
Without Niggers in the U.S. the country would have OCD’ed itself into a police state by now. Niggers have scapegoated themselves, maybe not intentionally, but neither did Jesus, as far as we can know (“Father, why hast Thou forsaken me????”.
Without Niggers, the white blood, Aryan, Germanic, British, Italian, all those mixtures, we have left an uptight anal compulsive culture looking out only for #1 all the time. Why? Because they believe that’s the way of Evolution. I beg to differ.
Niggers have Soul. The Soul lives on. White people, some have Soul, but the majority do not. They will die when physical death comes. White people still rooting for white people are a dying breed. Maybe 500 years more and they will have been mostly bred out of existence. All for the better. Even if you have half a Soul, you still have some, so the best thing white people can do is marry black people so at least their own children can survive in the world of Soul, aka the Afterlife.
