Fantasia Barrino and Antwuan Cook in the Barbados
According to public court documents reviewed in the Mecklenburg County District Court in Raleigh, North Carolina; a lawsuit was filed against the former "American Idol" winner Fantasia Barrino.
A woman by the name of Paula Cook is claiming in her lawsuit that Barrino had a sexual relationship with her husband, Antwaun Cook, and there is a sex tape to prove it. Paula Cook is also seeking child custody, alimony and other monetary support.
The document is also alleging that Cook began his affair with Barrino, in August 2009 after the pair met at a T-Mobile store in Charlotte where he works. The document is not clear on whether Mrs. Cook is seeking monetary damage from Barrino.
Until the case is brought to trial, there is no way of telling if Barrino is guilty of any wrongdoing.

It sounds like this was set up by a desperate couple seeking monetary support from Fantasia from the very beginning. Most married people try and stay out of the eye of the public when there is infidelity (Cheating) but he seemed to be comfortable with being out in the open.. And to make a sex tape… Are you serious… How would the wife just somehow have this tape in her possession as proof? Wow… A good judge and a good attorney will see right though this scheme. Yes, anyone in a relationship with a married person is wrong. But two wrongs don’t make a right.. (Fantasia stay strong look to GOD, He’s working it out..)
