Chocolate City has learned that former child star, Gary Wayne Coleman is in coma and is suffering from bleeding of the brain.
Today, the Utah Valley Regional Medical Center released a statement on behalf of Coleman's wife Shannon Price. The statement read as follows: “Coleman's condition worsened on Thursday and he slipped into unconsciousness.”
Coleman was born on February 8, 1968 in Zion, Illinois. He had his first kidney transplant in 1973 follow by his second transplant in 1984. The 4' 8" Coleman is best know for his role as one of two kids from Harlem on TV's program Different Strokes, which aired from 1978 to 1986.
