Figuratively speaking a man has two heads. One with brains and the other with sensitive nerve tissues. An irresponsible, capricious, ill-considered, immature, or incautious individual has the tendency to first call on the brain-less head simple because he is overwhelmed with an egotistical disregard of others.
The South Africa's President Jacob Zuma clearly fits the psychological profile of the adjectives listed above.
Among many things, Zuma was acquitted in 2006 of rapping an HIV-positive young lady after he insisted the unprotected sex he had with the woman was consensual. Despite his reckless behavior, majority of the South African people elected him to the leadership of the ANC party and hence the President of South Africa.
Just last month, Zuma, 67 year-old, added a third wife to his fleet, Thobeka Mabhija, a 36 year-old. He is also divorced from his country's Foreign Minister Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma. Zuma has been married a total five times.
Despite, the addition of a third wife, Zuma just announced the birth of his 20th child by a previously unheard woman, Sonono Khoza, 39 year-old.
Zuma's polygamist behavior and wanton sexual escapade undermines the country's fight against HIV/AIDS. As a poor role model, Zuma is counter productive to the fight against AIDS. With a population of 50 million, South Africa is estimated to have 5.7 million people infected with HIV. This is more than any other country in the world.
Zuma is truly a loose cannon and until he starts thinking with his “head-with-brains”, South Africa will continue to be a laughing stock.

Jacob Zuma is a disgrace to the true struggle and cause of the African National Congress (ANC). He is setting the stage for the ANC's degeneracy.
I dont have an issue with muti-wifes because thats his culture, but that reckless no condom stuff IS out of control. He needs to be doing public service announcements. The Zulu have a traditional "reed dance" that addresses issues of abstinence and other sexual related issues but I'm not sure how much of an influence cultural traditions are in the big cities where HE may have more of an influence.
