Jolie, The Most Beautiful Woman In Whose World?

In a recent Vanity Fair’s website poll, Angelina Jolie was selected as the most beautiful woman in the world. According to Vanity Fair website, a whopping 58 percent of their readers picked the mother-of-six as the "Most Beautiful Woman in the World."

I do understand where Vanity Fair is coming from by telling us who the "Most Beautiful Woman in the World" is.

Financially, times are hard and magazines must sell to prevent layoff, therefore any cheap marketing strategy laced with an extreme nationalism characterized by a chauvinistic patriotism will help their bottom line.

Beauty, it is said, is in the eyes of the beholder. It is without debate that Jolie is a beauty lady. Actually, in my opinion, she is more beautiful in her inner beauty as compare to her physical beauty. An inner beauty is a beauty that never fades regardless of facial wrinkles, stretch marks, c-section marks or old age.

People such as Mother Theresa falls in the category of what I referred to as “inner beauty,” and that is a beauty that is unrelenting and unselfish in giving unconditionally to the least of mankind.

Angelina Jolie – Vanity Fair’s Most Beautiful Woman in the World.

Jolie’s inner beauty is reflective in her position as Goodwill Ambassador for the UN Refugee Agency. It is also reflective in her promoting humanitarian causes throughout the world, and it is also noted in her work with refugees through UNHCR and helping kids from around the world.

Jolie does not qualify for this blog’s "Most Beautiful Woman in the World," award but will definitely win our “Inner Beauty,” award with flying colors.
