CC: Mr. Karnley, what areas does your company service?

DC: For the past five years, we have faithfully serviced the Baltimore, Washington, DC & Northern Virginia Metropolis.

CC: What are the common misconceptions people have when ordering a limousine?

DC: Generally people think about the cost of the limo over the service. We want to spend time asking questions like, how many people are going to be riding in the limo, what are the sizes of the people and what will they be wearing. This makes a difference in selecting the right limo for the group. The limo service needs to be accommodating, reliable and comfortable, not just affordable.

CC: How do you judge how many people can fit in a limousine?
DC: If it is noted that the limo seats 6 to 8 people, always go for the smaller number. This allows for enough room so everyone can sit comfortably. We want our customers to be as comfortable as possible.

CC: How important is it for people to see the limousine before ordering service?

DC: It is extremely important. What you see in an ad may not be what you get on the day it is needed. We invite

all our customers to come to our facility at 1010 Rockville Pike, Rockville, MD to see what we have. They can view and sit in the limo to see how it looks and feels. Representatives are available if customers want to ask questions. We believe in being personable, open, honest and fair. We want our customers to feel comfortable about our service and merchandise.

CC: What are your cancellation/postponement policy?
DC: 24 hours notification

DC: Communication, on the clock scheduling and professional drivers are important components of our business. Experience polishes each of these divisions and brings a sense of pride and accountability to the establishment.

CC: What is the responsibility of your chauffeurs?
DC: Our chauffeurs are there as certified professionals. He or she is expected to assist passengers with their luggage and personal belongings without being asked. New chauffeurs are required to meet Motor Vehicle Registration guidelines. Our services included, but are not limited to the following: Airport Service. We provide door-to-door service at National, Dulles and BWI Airport.

CC: What is your limousine price?
DC: It varies. There are a few factors that go into selecting a limousine service for any occasion. We understand that many people don’t always know what to ask, so we take the time to ask them a series of questions to get a feel for what they need and then we can talk cost. Don’t shop for price because sometimes you’ll get what you pay for.

CC: Do you offer strictly limousine service?
DC: No, we also offer airport service.

CC: What are some of your fleet?
